International Shipping & Environmental Compliance Information
At Husdata, we always strive to deliver our products to customers all around the world. However, due to recent and strict environmental regulations within Europe, we have had to adjust the list of countries we can officially ship to.

What is PPWR and How Does It Affect Your Order?
The European Union has introduced the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). This law is designed to drastically reduce packaging waste, increase recycling, and minimize unnecessary empty space in shipping boxes across Europe.
While we fully support these sustainability goals, the law requires all e-commerce businesses—no matter how small—to register, pay environmental fees, and often appoint local legal representatives in every single EU country they ship to.
For a small independent business like ours, the administrative burden and high annual costs of maintaining registrations in countries where we only receive a few orders per year are unfortunately unsustainable. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily disable shipping to countries where we do not hold active environmental compliance licenses.
Country-Specific Restrictions (B2B vs. B2C)
In addition to the general PPWR rules, several European nations have implemented highly complex national laws (such as the AGEC law in France or VerpackG in Germany). These laws often draw a sharp distinction between shipping to a private individual (B2C) and shipping to a registered business (B2B).
Because of this, we have different rules for certain destinations.
Business-Only Shipping (B2B): For countries like Czechia (the Czech Republic) and several others, we can only deliver to registered businesses with a valid VAT/company number. We cannot accept orders from private individuals in these countries due to the strict local household packaging regulations.

We know this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize if you are unable to place an order today.
There are currently ongoing discussions within the European Union to simplify these regulations and reduce the red tape for small cross-border businesses. We are monitoring these developments very closely. As soon as the rules are eased or simplified, we will immediately reopen shipping to more countries.
